How to Edit Text in PDF with PDNob - User Guide
PDNob PDF Editor allows you to edit PDF text precisely without altering the original layout. You can update existing content, delete sections, or insert new text while controlling font type, size, color, alignment, and other text attributes.

1. Edit or Delete Text in PDF
Follow these instructions to update or remove text in your PDF documents efficiently.
- Launch your PDF file in PDNob PDF Editor.
- Click the Edit button on the top toolbar to enter editing mode.
- Select the text you want to change. A highlighted box will indicate the editable area.
- To delete text, place your cursor and press Backspace or Delete.
- To edit text, double-click on the content and enter your revisions.
- You can continue editing within the same text box without changing its original positioning.
- Use the top toolbar to modify font, size, color, alignment, and other text settings.
- If you switch to a different mode (like Comment or Organize), click Edit again to return to text editing.
2. Add Text to PDF
New text can be inserted directly into the document or added as a separate comment layer.
Add Text to the Document
- Select the Edit tool, then click Add Text in the toolbar.
- Click anywhere on the page to create a text box and start typing.
- Modify font, size, color, and alignment as required.
- Click outside the text box to save and apply the changes.
- If continuous text input mode is active, click the Text tool again to exit.
Add Text as a Comment
- Switch to the Comment tool from the top toolbar.
- Choose the Text Comment option.
- Click anywhere in the PDF to place a comment box and type your notes.
- Adjust the comment’s font, size, and color as needed to customize your note.
