With PDNob PDF Editor's Batch OCR feature, you can convert multiple PDF documents into searchable and editable formats at once, significantly improving efficiency. The instructions below walk you through the process step by step.
- Launch the PDNob PDF Editor program on your computer.
- From the main screen, click on Batch Tools to access bulk processing features.
- Choose OCR from the menu to enable Optical Character Recognition for multiple PDFs simultaneously.
- Click Add Files to select the PDFs you want to convert.
