How to Create a Shareable Link for a PDF
PDNob PDF Editor allows you to upload files to the cloud and generate shareable links with customizable permissions. This guide walks you through the complete process of uploading files, managing transfers, and configuring sharing settings.
1. How to Create a Shareable Link for a PDF

Open PDNob, click the Cloud button, then click the Upload File button on the right side to upload your desired file.

Click the Cloud button, then locate Transfer Records on the far right to check the upload status of your cloud files.

In Transfer Records, files will display one of three statuses: Red indicates upload failure, Green indicates upload success, and Gray indicates upload in progress. Click the circle button to re-upload a file.
2. How to Upload a Local PDF File to the Cloud

Open PDNob, upload a local file, click the Share button, and select "Share as Online Link". Toggle the switch on.

Select Upload File to Cloud.

Choose the destination folder for the upload.

Right-click the uploaded local file and select Upload to My Cloud to re-upload it.

Alternatively, you can click the cloud file icon in the upper-right corner of the edit view.
3. How to Set Up and Share a PDF via Link

For a file that has been successfully uploaded, click the Share button, then click the Copy button under Share as Online Link to directly obtain the shared link. Click the Settings button to configure sharing permissions and a password.

In the settings panel, you can configure the following:
- Access Code – Set whether to require a numeric password.
- Download and Print File – Set download permissions.
- Expiration Date – Set the link validity period.
Once configured, click Save and Copy Link to generate and copy your shareable link.
