PDNob has been a trusted software provider for many years and is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and provide responsive support for any order-related concerns.

All PDNob products offer a free trial version, allowing users to evaluate features and compatibility before making a purchase. This “try before you buy” approach helps reduce unnecessary purchases and ensures users select the right product.

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products. Refunds are only granted within this period under the conditions outlined below.

Refundable Cases

1. Duplicate Purchase

If the same product is purchased twice within 48 hours, one order may be refunded or exchanged.

2. Wrong Product Purchased

If an incorrect product is purchased, the correct product must be purchased first before requesting a refund.

3. Extra Charges

If you notice that the amount charged for your order on the PDNob official website exceeds the product price, please first verify whether the additional cost is due to taxes or bank processing fees. We recommend contacting the relevant tax authority for tax refunds and your local bank for details regarding any transaction fees.

If the extra charges are for optional services—such as download protection or a physical disc—these are value-added services provided by third-party platforms. They are designed to help you access the product in situations such as changing computers. These services are optional, and you can choose whether to include them at the time of purchase.

If you unintentionally purchased these services or no longer need them after purchase, we will assist you in contacting the payment platform to request a refund.

3. No License Received

If a customer purchases a product on the PDNob official website and the payment has been successfully processed, but the account benefits or access are not activated within 24 hours due to system issues (please also check your spam folder for any related notifications), and the customer is unable to resolve the issue through the account retrieval or activation process, and does not receive a response from the PDNob Support Team within 24 hours after contacting us, then PDNob will issue a refund if the customer no longer wishes to use the product.

Subscription Issues

If you have canceled your subscription but were still charged, you may request a refund by providing proof such as a cancellation confirmation email.

To avoid unwanted charges, users are advised to cancel subscriptions before the renewal date.

Product Issues

If you encounter technical issues, please contact our support team and cooperate with troubleshooting (e.g., providing screenshots or logs).

If the issue cannot be resolved and you do not wish to wait for updates, you may request a refund within 30 days.

Non-refundable Cases

1. Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after purchase.

2. Price Differences

Differences in pricing across regions or platforms are not eligible for refunds.

3. Misunderstanding Product Features

Refunds are not granted if the product functions as described but does not meet expectations due to misunderstanding.

4. Unauthorized Payment

For unauthorized transactions, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.

5. Subscription Not Cancelled

For all PDNob product licenses with auto-renewal enabled, you will be notified of the renewal terms on the checkout page. By completing the payment, you agree to the auto-renewal feature.

You may cancel the automatic subscription at any time before the renewal date by contacting the PDNob Support Team or by following the instructions in our FAQ.

If the subscription is not canceled before the renewal date and you are charged on the renewal day, the payment will not be eligible for a refund.

6. No Cooperation with Support

Refunds are not provided if users refuse to cooperate with troubleshooting efforts.

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 2–4 business days.

After the refund is issued, the product license will be deactivated.

  • Download version: Please uninstall the software.
  • Disc version: Destroy the disc and uninstall the software.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days are generally not accepted.
