Circumstances of No Refund:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Part of a bundle.
- Did not receive order confirmation e-mail in time, and didn't try online support or contact staff assistance.
- Request refund for technical trouble, but fail to cooperate by providing details for troubleshooting.
- Purchase of wrong products, followed by the purchase of products from another company.
- Refund request based on dissatisfaction caused by misunderstanding of the product's functions and capabilities.
Eligible for Refund:
- Duplicate purchase.
- Mistaken order followed by ordering a correct product from PDNob.
- Fatal technical issues with the software that could not be resolved within 30 days.

To cancel your monthly or yearly subscription quickly, you can always contact our support team.
You can also cancel the subscription by yourself. The steps are different due to different platforms. Please click the link below to learn specific steps to cancel subscription.

The free trial is put limitations to its functions, which means you can evaluate it with limited functions for as long as you want. You can upgrade to the full version to take advantage of all the amazing features.
In addition to credit cards, we accept checks, PayPal, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. You can choose to pay by check or Money Order or Wire Transfer on the payment page. There is specific guide.
Generally you'll receive the order confirmation e-mail within one hour after the order processed successfully. If no receiving, we recommend you check the SPAM/Junk folder.
