1. Split Your PDF
Divide large PDFs into smaller, more practical files using flexible split options:
- By Number of Pages: Split the PDF automatically after a designated number of pages.
- By File Size: Set a size limit, and PDNob PDF Editor will split your document accordingly.
- By Bookmarks: Leverage existing top-level bookmarks to define separate sections.
- Custom Ranges: Select precise split points manually using the visual interface.
- Split Page: Instantly separate selected pages with a single click.
2. Extract Pages to a New PDF
Generate a new PDF by extracting pages from an existing file:
- Go to Pages and highlight the pages you wish to extract.
- Press "Extract" and determine whether to combine the pages into one PDF or create multiple files. You can specify ranges or custom selections.
- You may optionally delete the extracted pages from the original PDF.
- Save the new document to your desired location.
3. Insert New Pages
Add new content to your PDF through various insertion methods:
- Insert from File: Import pages from another PDF at any chosen position, such as before or after a page, or at the start/end of the document.
- Insert a Blank Page: Place a blank page at any location, useful for notes or spacing purposes.
- Insert from Clipboard: Paste content from other documents into a new page seamlessly.
- Merge PDF: Navigate to "Tool → Merge PDF", add files, and click "Merge" to combine multiple documents.
4. Replace Existing Pages
Refresh outdated content by substituting pages with updated versions:
- Pick the page(s) intended for replacement.
- Click "Replace" and select the new PDF file from your system.
- Confirm to finalize the replacement.
This process works for both individual pages and multiple pages at once, provided the number of new pages aligns with those being replaced.
5. Delete Unwanted Pages
Eliminate unnecessary pages to maintain a concise and tidy PDF:
- Select one or more pages to remove.
- Press "Delete" in the toolbar or hit the Delete key.
- Ensure you save the document to preserve the changes.
6. Duplicate Pages
Easily create copies of pages when required:
Switch to the "Page" view, locate the page to copy, right-click it, and select "Duplicate".
7. Reorder Pages
Modify the sequence of pages visually to restructure your document:
Drag thumbnails of pages to the desired positions until the order reflects your preference.
8. Rotate Pages
Adjust page orientation with minimal effort:
- Select the page(s) and click either "Rotate Clockwise" or "Rotate Counterclockwise".
