How to Batch Convert PDF with PDNob - User Guide
PDNob PDF Editor simplifies large-scale PDF conversions by enabling you to process multiple files simultaneously. Instead of handling each PDF separately, you can quickly convert a batch of documents into formats like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Images while maintaining consistent quality and saving time.
- Launch the PDNob PDF Editor application on your computer.
- From the main dashboard, click on Batch Tools to access bulk operation options.
- Select Convert PDFs to other formats to initiate the batch conversion process.
- Click Add Files or select an entire folder to import all PDFs you wish to convert.
- From the dropdown menu, select the output format you want for the conversion, such as Word, Excel, PPT, or Image.
- Click Convert to initiate batch conversion. Once completed, all processed files will automatically be stored in the output folder you specified.
